“Continual print jam warning which stops printing. I have cleared all jams there is none but I still get the error message, making the printer useless. Although this printer has had little use, it will not work. I followed all the Jam instructions.”

Make sure you check carefully from the front and the back of the printer. Look for even a very small piece of paper that may be stuck. I had that happen to me once but I finally found it. Now my printer works perfectly.
