Kevin, you are not telling the people that this model does NOT use the "regular", USB type C (the flat one) port like we typically use in America!!!! Which also means that you are NOT able to use a stick, flashdrive!!!!!!! Epson should have at least provided an adapter, if they make one, to correct this issue. Now my $500 printer will not let me insert my flash drive that has all my photos on it to print them! Our 4850 is going back to the store.
