“We got the epson ET-8500 printer for Christmas and the first one had a software problem and we had to get a new one. Now we tried using the back paper feed to scan a couple documents and it wint take the paper . Is there a way to fix this ?”

• The back paper feed isn’t for scanning. Just printing.
