“When I go to print #10 envelopes on my Epson ET 8500 the machine tells me to insert the CD/DVD tray. Why? I've tried using the rear feeder and the #2 paper holder. Nothing works. Nearly ready to return the printer.”

• Hello Mark. The ET-8500 can only print envelopes from the lower paper cassette. Since you have loaded the envelopes there, please ensure you are selecting the "Thick paper or Envelope" option from your extended settings on the computer.
