“Is the ink used for this printer considered to be infusible ink that can be used to make pics for sublimation on ceramic mugs, fabric, etc? Is it a sublimation printer?”

• Good day, This is not a sublimation printer. I think I did read that there were 3rd partiy inks for that purpose, but I assume that will void the warranty.

• Hi. The Epson ET-8500 is not designed for dye-sublimation printing nor the use of non-genuine Epson Ink. Using sublimation Ink in this printer can affect warranty coverage and create print head and ink-system issues. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
