“I print pics to use for pyrography, but they don't have the same clarity as the pics I see on my laptop. The pic quality is barely better than what my Brother printer created. Will photo paper make the difference, and make this printer worth $700?”

My experience with this printer is that the output quality (when using better glossy paper) is about the same as what I see on my (notebook, tablet or smartphone screen). The difference between glossy and plain paper is huge.
