“I have a Mac book and it’s 10.13.6. I purchased the et16650 however I cannot get it to print the 13x19. It acts as if it has the job and the light comes on and then it beeps as if it is complete but it never prints nor feeds the paper.”

Hello Wbcamisty. We recommend checking to see if there are any pending jobs in the print queue of the ET-16650. You can also try removing and re-adding your printer under System preferences > Printers & Scanners. Lastly, consider uninstalling and reinstalling your printer driver. On our official Epson Support page, we have both "Uninstaller and Printer Driver" files available. Keep in mind that you could lose your presets and saved settings by uninstalling your printer driver software.
