• Hello Sharon. Yes, the ET-5800 can print on envelopes. You can also print on paper as small as 2.52" x 5" in size. If the cards you plan to print on are slightly thicker, make sure to select the thick paper setting on your computer. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

• I load 4X6 card stock in tray 1 and letter size in tray 2. So far so good. It even switches automatically once you set it up in programming.
