• There was no ink in my printer. It comes with ink and you have to load it.

• It is completely refurbished, meaning when you open the box, it’s virtually indistinguishable from a brand new one with the exception of the sticker on the printer indicating it’s a refurb. So to answer your question, the ink tanks are empty.
