why doesn't my espon xp-420 print in color? null

Make sure your ink cartridges are in the proper slots. Also, make sure on your print setting it is not marked black and white. I had that problem recently and I had the black/white print option marked!

Check on home page that the toggle is on Color not BW (black and white) or check you computer on print settings.

Go to printer properties and either uncheck print in grey scale formone time color prinrir or set to color to print in color for anything in color

check the settings on the print preview page, it might be set for grayscale, also check the printer settings from the main "printers and devices" page
