If I order this printer on line and it does not meet my needs, can I return it to a local store, or do I send it back?

Yes. Can do both. Can also return to a local store.

You can enlarge or decrease the size of copy from 58% - to custom, including auto fit. Example, 4x6" to letter size (220%), letter size to 4x6", A4 to 4x6" etc. etc You can also print with or without borders.

I purchased mine from Best Buy and the salesman advised me that I would be able to return it to the store.

Don't know about return policy, but it can shrink or not if selected. Also allows for front and back page printing which can save a lot paper with bigger jobs
