• I uploaded pictures to a cloud service then downloaded the pictures I wanted to my iPhone through the cloud service app.

• The scanner connects via USB and Epson has drivers for Mac and Windows, but not any mobile operating system so I believe the answer is no.

• I don't think you can scan directly to the tablet as the software only seems to be for a computer. That said, I have mine set up to save to a directory on the cloud (Onedrive) once the computer processes the scan and can then access it through my tablet by using the One drive app.
