“Hi, I am trying to install my Epson FF-680w. When i select to install using WI-FI it gets to where it is trying to add the printer and I get the message "Scanner not found". I have a router that has both 2.4g and 5g. Might that be the problem.”

The machine goes through a boot up process. Sometimes you have to wait for it to complete. Don’t know what other issue is going on but doubt it has anything to do with the network’s frequency. 2.5 and 5 are standards.
