• Yes, you can sort and edit easily. After scanning all of the images are stored in a folder for easy access.

• The Epson program allows you to choose a folder name and then also to name each picture with the prefix of your choice and then numbers them sequentially, i.e. Halloween1, Halloween 2. Then you can certainly go into that folder and rename them if you like.
