Can this scanner scan to a usb null

It has a USB cable that can connect directly to a PC, but will not scan directly to a thumb drive.

I assume so, you can point the scanner to put the files where you want. But you can also scan to your computer and move to the usb.

I scanned documents to a USB that was plugged into my computer. It has a prompt as to where you want to save your documents.

Yes it comes with a usb cable. It does not power the scanner though.
