“I’ve had this for 40+ days and occasionally notice a high-pitched sound in eco mode every 5 seconds. Wondering if i have a lemon or if this is just how this model functions. Not sure whether to replace it with same model or different. Thank you.”

Hi sa, Please call the Epson support number on the Start Here Poster that came with your Home Cinema 3800. A high-pitched noise does not sound normal. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
