“How can I get the projector to work with my AV receiver? Bought this to upgrade a previous Epson projector which was working just fine 3h before. New, projector will show setup menu from receiver, but none of the input devices. Says HDMI no signal in both”

• Make sure you've a high speed HDMI cable which may be needed to transmit your 4k signal.

• Hi Derrell, There are a variety of things you can check. Is the AV receiver sending a compatible HDMI 2.0 signal? Is the resolution Full HD? Visit the Epson support site for FAQs, videos and User Guides. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
