I also had an Epson 3010 with 3D glasses. Unfortunately the 3D glasses technology has changed from the 3010 to the Epson 3800. The Epson 3800 uses RF signals to communicate with the glasses and must be paired with the projector. There are several cheaper 3D glasses options that are not Epson branded that will work with the Epson 3800. Just make sure that it is compatible with the RF signals.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure if your glasses will work or not. The 3800 is 3D capable with compatible glasses. The manual says to go to Epson.com to purchase glasses, so you might find compatibility info there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes they will work. And the 3D types are Side by side, top to bottom, frame stacking (3D Disc players). 3D can be set to auto detect or manually turned on. Does not have convert 2d to 3d, checkerboard, or sequencial. You can adjust the 3D depth. When using a 4k device (example xbox x) and resolution is set to 4k uhd the 3D will be disabled on the projector for manually starting it.. so you have to change the source settings back to 1080p/i. From internet sources this projector is what they call not full 3D but 3D Ready and aka 3D compatable
