Have V39 and plugged wiring in back of computer and the unit doesn't go on. I changed the wiring and still doesn't turn on HELP?????????? null

If you have a mac check your applications folder to see if the software was properly installed. The same applies to windows I believe, so you need to check your program files folder. The folder should say Epson, if it still persists check the Epson website and make sure you have downloaded the proper drivers. I hope this helps.

1. Did you install the software for this item on the computer? If not do so.
2. Once software is installed go to area where the software is stored on your computer an open the software. You will then be able to select options to use (ex: SCAN)
