You can download software from Epson.com and it uses one USB port

Epson scanner connects to USB port on computer. Directions are simple. Driver for scanner is found on the internet as are the apps to do special things.

Should work as long as you have a available usb port. Bought one for my wife and she scans old photos with no problems.
