- Answer Scan time depends upon the resolution you choose. For example, if you are scanning a tray of 35mm slides at 2400 ppi, it takes seconds to scan, but then you have to use the software to do your final touches. Hope this helps!

QuestionDoes anyone know the difference between the V800 & V850 other than price?

- Answer Main difference other than price is the resolution : V800 has 4,800dpi resolution while the V850 has the resolution of 6,400dpi. Another thing noticed, the V850 is working faster than the V800.
