YES! And I usually do. If you open a photo to view, you can use FILE/PRINT, select the Epson PM-400 printer and PRINT it. You can also print directly from a program such as Photoshop or Word. Just use the regular FILE/PRINT option. If you're on a mobile device, you can SHARE the photo directly to your printer, too.
