“How can i sync my new Pro EX10000 to my motorized screen so it goes down when projector is powered on, and goes up when projector power is turned off. I cannot find the trigger / 12v jack which how my old projector was set up to do this function?”

Hello MJG. Unfortunately, the EX10000 projector does not include a trigger port. Since the feature is not available with the motorized screen, it would have to be done manually. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
