yes, but the cartridges are basically an 'introduction' to the process - meaning they are not the 'full' amount. these are just enough to get you started. i advise ordering a complete refill set at time of purchase so that you are not caught off-guard when the 'starter' cartridges run out of ink.

Yes, The Epson Workforce WF-7840 came with ink.

Yes the WF-7840 that I purchased came with ink. After I set the printer up I had enough ink left to print three 81/2 x 11 pictures. Quality was good but cost of ink is very high and the number of pictures that you are able to print with High-Yield cartridges is about $30.00 each. I am presently looking for a new printer. I have one for sale cheap!

No, it comes with a setup set of cartridges but does not have enough ink to start printing. You will need to buy all colors to start printing.
