“how far down does the mount hang from the ceiling with the 3 inch pipe? I am framing my basement and need to keep the projector as high as I can. Also the feature section says this can be mounted flush to ceiling without the pipe, has anyone done this?”

With the 3-inch pipe you will be looking at about 7 inches down from the ceiling. I am looking at the mount and I don’t know how you could get it flush without the pipe. I’ll attach a picture so you can see how mine looks.
