• Hello Wifi. We recommend installing the scanner driver software from our official Epson Support page. This will allow you to select the Wi-Fi network and set up your device correctly. You want to ensure that the network and computer you are using are on the same network. You can also download the Epson Smart Panel app to your mobile device to set up the Wi-Fi feature.
