I believe 16 pages is way too thick for the scanner.

That website shows the operating systems that are supported.  Don't see anything that an IPAD would run.

Hello KBookletsandiPads. Yes, the ES-60W will work with an iPad via the Epson DocumentScan App available on the Apple App Store. We recommend only scanning one page at a time as 16 pages might be too thick for the scanner and cause feed issues. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
