• Hi Angel, We do not test third-party media in the WorkForce Pro WF-3820 so cannot guarantee print quality. As a general guideline, the heaviest Epson paper it can use is 79 lb. Ultra Premium Photo Paper. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
