QuestionDoes this model go into an auto-sleep or auto-off mode? I am thinking of switching from HP because they have an auto-off mode that can't be adjusted requiring me to unplug and repower the printer if it goes 2 hours without use.

- Answer Hello WideAwake. Yes, the WF-3820 includes a sleep timer and power-off setting. However, you can change the power off setting for up to 12 hours with no use. QuestionWhat ink is used for the WF3820 and what does it cost

- Answer You can only use EPSON 822 (standard) or 822XL cartridges. EPSON has built in a software requirement on replacement ink cartridges which prohibits 3rd party ink vendors. Until that changes...the ink cartridges at all sellers are all priced the same price that EPSON dictates. Standard Black @ $19.99 and colors @ $11.49 822XL Black @ $39.99 and colors @ $29.49
