It looks like you need 2 black ink cartridges. I have 1 loaded but there is another slot beside the black one and it says my black in is low. These are new cartridges. null

Hello. The WF-3820 uses a total of four Epson 822 Ink Cartridges. That includes 1 Black ink Cartridge and 3 Color Ink Cartridges (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow.)
