In trying to set-up the printer, it keeps telling me that the scanner isn't closed. This is the message I keep seeing, "Close the Scanner Unit". What am I doing wrong? I've removed all the paper, & it seems as though the scanner is closed. null

Hi DAR. Lift up the scanner unit on your WorkForce Pro WF-3820 until it locks into place and confirm all protective materials (including blue tape) has been removed. Regards, Bobby - The Epson Team.
