Rick, the lowest height setting on this unit is 21.5". To find out where the bottom of your TV would sit, you would need to measure from the bottom of your TV to halfway between the top and bottom mounting holes on your TV. Once you have that measurement, you can subtract 21.5" from it to find out where the bottom of your TV would sit. E.g. if the measurement is 25 inches, then the bottom of your TV would be at 3.5" from your tabletop.
