BestBuy does not include Ink with this purchase. Anker left the ink out of the box due to shelf life. On their site, they sell it for $300 more to include ink with the purchase. Bestbuy keeps it lower and doesn't tell you to buy the ink. Bestbuy needs to fix their listing to make this clear or see a bundle that clearly includes ink.

Bestbuy changed the listing after I purchased my E1. It stated that it included a starter set of ink. Also included in my printer is a sheet that is titled "What's in the Box" This clearly says that Ink and Cleaning Cartridge Kit is included.

Bestbuy customer service is worthless in helping resolve this. I have also contacted eufy but while they are more understanding, they also won't help. Our only recourse is to return the printers.
