• Yes you can. I don't have any cloud subscription and I am able to save the video to phone gallery.

• The video is stored on a separate device in your home. They are stored until you delete them. No subscription required which is a bonus. We have all our Eufy cameras linking to one storage device.

• You can have cloud save your video actions for a very minimum price. I think like $3.00 a month. Not sure, depends on what you want.
