Please try again later.Here are some steps that you may modify the device with: -Make sure you enable the motion detection in the app. Step: Devices>Motion Detection(enable). -Please expand your activity zone or delete your ignored zone to see whether it helps. Steps:Devices>motion detection>activity zone. -Please increase the sensitivity. -Please check whether you enable the ""record"" and "push notification" function of the camera in the security mode.
