not sure of the voltage requirements in Egypt vs USA if you are are going to hardwire it. If you use the battery option then it will be no problem because it is recharged using micro usb. I use it on iPhone and it’s great

If you use hard-wire, please confirm that the transformer can provide 16-24VAC 30VA first. If so, you can use it in Egypt. It works well with iPhone.
