The eufy Smart Wi-Fi Video Doorbell operates only with a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection and cannot connect to 5GHz Wi-Fi. If your router provides both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks under a single SSID (network name), this could cause some confusion during the setup process. To resolve this, you may need to separate the 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi bands by assigning them distinct SSIDs in your router settings. This way, you can explicitly select the 2.4GHz network during setup. Ensure the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi SSID is not hidden and its security level is set to WPA or WPA2. If you continue to experience issues, double-check that you're selecting the 2.4GHz network and using the correct password for it during setup.
