Yes, mine came with 7-10 feet usbc cable to extend the solar panels. I didn't measure the exact length of the cable.

This setup ensures optimal solar power generation while providing flexibility in the placement of both the camera and solar panel. For installation: Use the provided mounting tools and card to drill holes and secure anchors. Connect the solar panel to the camera with the USB-C extension cable provided. Mount the camera securely onto its bracket. Position the solar panel at a suitable location, attach it to its bracket, and adjust the angle for effective solar charging. Confirm solar panel charging via the solar dashboard in the eufySecurity app. It is recommended to install the solar panel in areas exposed to direct sunlight, such as a wall without eaves, a pole, or the top of eaves (less than 3m/10ft high), and avoid shaded or indoor locations.
