A:AnswerIt does get loud when under full load( stock blower style cooler). As for 4k, im unsure, however at 1440p ultra @144hz iv never seen my card go above 70c overclocked to 2050mhz. I plan on buying an after market hybrid kit to have lower temps, less noise, and a more stable overclock.
A:AnswerI was able to order one from bestbuy.com 3 days after launch. I just refreshed the screen at the right time and they came in stock. Ordered it and had it 2 days later.
