• Yes! Spectrum TV is available for all Roku customers to download. If you're having trouble locating the channel, make sure that your device is on the newest software update.

• Yes. Don't know why you can't find the Spectrum app on your present Roku as I have it on an old Roku 2 model as well as newer Roku.
