• Hi, Badgerboy! The Roku Express 4K+ plugs in ith the HDMI port but if your TV has the RCA cables (Red, White, and Yellow) You can still use the Roku Express 4K+ you will just need to buy a RCA to HDMI converter.

• Yea the roku plugs into the hdmi. The USB is for power but you can plug into a wall outlet
