Hi, it's JoeWR again. I found the button under the battery cover and pressed it, to no avail. I tried resetting the player, unplugging the player, still no luck. Am I missing something or doing something wrong?.

There should be a button on the back of the Roku system also and you would press both buttons the one inside the battery cover and on the back of the device at the same time and it will blink . Hopefully that will help you .

Hi, JoeWR! Have you tried replacing the batteries? If new batteries and the pairing button doesn't help you can always contact Roku support at https://support.roku.com/ Also if you don't want to keep using your Roku mobile app for the remote, Roku does sell replacement remotes! There are three different kinds but the one that matches the one you already have is the Roku Voice remote. All of the remotes are available through this link https://www.roku.com/products/accessories
