• ;You could contact Assurant Wireless at: https://www.assurancewireless.com/lifeline-services/states/florida-lifeline-free-government-phone-service And apply for a free cellphone and use it as hotspot. Is free. Go to that website and apply for lifeline service. If approved they send you a free cellphone and you can use it for hotspot service if you like. It isnt unlimited though.
