“I pre ordered the game, but don't have a code to redeem the pre order bonus. Is the reward already in the game or is the code sent later? If so how does it get sent?”

The code came with my game inside the disc case. Entered it on PSN store and had no issues

It's attached to season pass code in the case. It should prompt two downloads once you redeem it.

Hey there, thatredcup. The pre-order code should have been included inside the disc case on a leaflet. There is only one code in the case and it should say, "Croc Hunter Pack." Once you redeem that, you will receive an email with an activation code for any additional content. If you are missing the leaflet with code, please contact Best Buy Support so that they can replace the code for you.

From my experience with bestbuy preorder bonuses is that I've always gotten them in an email after I've picked up the product. Check yours emails to make sure u didn't miss it.
