• Yes, if by Latin, you meant mexico, you can select mexican broadcasters (I think they are from mexico), and also the two sportcasters from spain. The video game text though is only available in Castilian Spanish (Spain). All voice languages available are English, French, Spanish (South America), Spanish (Spain), Portuguese, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Swedish, Russian, Danish, Czech. Some of those you will need to download for free in the Nintendo eShop.
