• Depends, you have to look and see what it says when purchasing. Are you buying one that they sent to you immediately? Or mailed to you?

• For digital purchases, Best Buy sends you a code to redeem in the Xbox store. You should check your digital library on your Best Buy account to see if there is a redeemable code there. Check your emails, if they have not sent you a code talk to customer service. Also, make sure you actually purchased it digitally, you might have to pick it up in-store if there was a mistake, which is what happened to me.
