How do I obtain the pre-order bonus? null

I got an email from Best Buy stating that the preorder bonus codes have been delayed...frustrating. Check the email you used to preorder the game.

I haven't gotten an email with codes or saying anything about a delay. So I'm wondering the same thing. Emailed Best Buy but haven't gotten a response.
