I picked my game up on 06/22/23 and received the code in my email around noon today, 06/24/23.

Scratch that. Checked through rest of my email. My code came in the 22nd. Before I received the game.

Go ahead and call. They will have to put you in contact with another department. If you're not overly concerned my last one that was late came on it's own around a week later.
