I really had fun playing this game and exploring the world and doing side quests. I normally don’t play FF games but after getting into FF7R I wanted to try this one esp since they said it was great for newcomers/non season FF players. The story makes me love the characters though I did felt it was kinda dragging in some parts. The music/ost of this game is awesome & I’m definitely buying the vinyl version of it. The havtkv feedback and sound coming through the dualsense was also great and didn’t felt like an afterthought feature like in other games. The steelbook that comes with the normal deluxe is nice though if you have somewhat of bad eyesight esp with dark figures then it would be hard to make out Clive. The map is not as soft as the cloth map in GOWR but it’s not as rough as burlap; it is a mix of both textures. The map is clear and beautiful and make me wonder if there is a hidden area like there was in GOWR map. All in all this definitely a 4.5/5 game that I would recommend to majority of people who play action and story games, and I can’t wait for the dlc that comes out Spring 2024

These add-on game items are great for the beginning of the game I was using both of them until i got a 165+ attack power sword 12 hours in game I brought and upgraded but i still use the extra gil you get from battles, treasure chest etc so they're pretty helpful!the final fantasy 16 deluxe would be more amazing if u got my other steel book case as well but that's just the collector in me since I love collecting games and anime collection editions!!

Played through about 63 hours on one playthrough doing everything and lemme tell you something, story is top tier, characters top rier, side quest have so much world building granted some are pretty boring/fetchy. Now the music gahhh dang simply elevates the experience! The picture is how i felt after the credits rolled 9/10

Final fantasy has and will be the best of its on going rpfg this game has it all every thing you expected from a new final fantasy the graphics are unbelievable the games play is incredible not a game like it you will ever play it can be compared to the original ff7 Wich is classic this is a must get game

I got these as pre-order bonus. The Braveheart sword really helped at the beginning of the game, before I got access to more powerful swords, and the Cait Sith Charm also helped a bit at the beginning of the game, especially when most loots only gave me 2 gils

The deluxe editon that I bought had one of the cooler steel books that I've seen in awhile and also includes the regular box too which I didn't expect, the cloth map is very nice too, very satisfied with this purchase and the game is great too.

Love the game presentation, story, graphics sound and haptic feedback. PS5 really allows this game to shine to a higher level. It is truly an easy to play Final Fantasy. Recommended. Not 5 starts due to Best Buy not shipping the steelbook case that was part of the pre order.

Honestly was surprised by how great this game ended up being. Game of thrones of the FF universe imo. Pre ordered so got two steele book cases. The map is really really nice and what made me go for this version.

This is an Amazing game and my game of the Year! Youre in for a surprise and its not traditional Final Fantasy but this is my favorite Final Fatasy game since Final Fantasy 10!

I love steel books and I always buy from Best Buy because the offer them with with purchase. I put the original case away and only use the steel book for display.

Not too much going on here but it did help to have an early game weapon more powerful than the first few you may acquire in game.

Pretty decent bonus item’s for an amazing game. I personally didn’t use any of the bonus item’s, but they’re definitely worth getting the Deluxe Edition.

Pre order bonus was delivered in my email on release day without any issue. Took a few seconds to redeem it.

It has good stats in the beginning of the game, but you eventually get access to better stuff. Standard for little dlc stuff like this.

I am a fan of the serie and this edition includes a cloth map. They should add this more often
