Great job by Fisher Price. You completely botched your forecast for demand of this product, only made a few of these, and the Mattel insiders who knew the time you were launching your pre-sale grabbed them and now are selling units on eBay for $150+. In the meantime, the real fans are left with nothing. Worse, your customer service and social media people are completely clueless and making up things as they go. blaming Best Buy for something that was your screw-up. What should have been a celebration of FP's history and nostalgia ended up giving all of us a foul taste of what you have become, a big, bloated, uncaring behemoth of a corporation.
